Check-in Please check in at The Spa at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy Because our spa and salon services are reserved for you, we ask you notify us at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. 50% of the value of your services will be charged for cancellations within 4 hours. Package cancellations require 24-hour notice. All no shows are charged at full value.
