Terms and Conditions
- All bookings made for the above hotels have to be paid in advance before the check-in date.
- Payment can be made by major credit card (Visa, Master, Diners, JCB and AMEX).
- Guest must check-in with passport.
- A check-in voucher will be sent via email or fax for easy reference.
Cancellation / noshow
- 30 working days in advance refundable excluding 5.5% administration service fee.
- 15 working days in advance : 50% Non-refundable and non - transferable.
- 7 working days in advance : 100% Non-refundable and non - transferable. (excluding Sat & Sun and Public Holidays)

**Remark : The policy can be changed without notice.
